Display single comment based on a comment tag

    I’d like to display a link (and excerpt) to a single selected comment each day. I don’t mind tagging the comment by hand with a tag that will not be used for anything else.

    Is there some way of displaying a single comment by selecting the most recent comment with that post? I can’t seem to figure it out based on either the Comment tags or the Tag tags.
