display single post feature image

if ( has_post_thumbnail() ) {
    the_post_thumbnail();
} 

This function shows post image, add it before the_content() in single.php

Hi: octamediator thank you it works fine. It is possible the single post featured image increase in width and height because i have text on my post featured image.
