On the question about current stock levels.
Once you have the Stock functionality enabled on the POS, for the specific Station, as shown here under the Product tab:

Now the current Inventory counts show on the Product Tiles.
If the product is a simple product, you will see the inventory count on the tile.

If the product is a variation product, you will see the inventory count on the specific variation tile.

Search results for products will also show the inventory counts on the tiles.

If you are looking for other stock management functionality on the POS, please let us know. We are always evaluating the functionality and looking to add more features. We’d be happy to review the feature request and try and support it in the future if possible.
