  • Hi, can you check the following documentation. Let me know if this is what you are trying to achieve.

If the above does not help you, can you provide some example and or more information. Can you also provide a link to your contact form so that I know exactly where you want the submit button to be located.

    Thank you

It’s not a field i want to follow previous field, I can do that, it’s the submit button.
See the link to an image of what I want to do.
I want the submit button to follow previous fields and position where the red box is.
Site is on a dev server, I can’t link to it from here.

    Sorry that doesn’t help.

OK the link function isn’t working, place an https:// in front of that URL.

Hi, the link you provided above does not help me and I don’t know what I am looking at.

Can you share your website URL with the contact form.

    Thank you

@mutu There’s nothing wrong with the forums but your large dump of HTML is a) unreadable here and b) trips the spam queue.

If you need to share the HTML the copy the text to https://pastebin.com/ and share the link to that past instead. Just the link, nothing more.

OK what you’re looking at is a screenshot of FSCF on the dev site.

I am not posting a link to the dev site on a public forum.

What I want to do is simple, I want the SUBMIT div/button to display inline as in ‘follow previous field’ setting in fields but for the submit div/button.

In the image I posted there is a red box, I want the submit button to display there.

Here is a link from source code for the form but I don’t see what the standard settings used in the rest of the form will have to do relocating the submit button.

    Hi, it is very challenging to try and troubleshoot this issue by looking only at the raw code. The best solution is to view the form on a page then try and workout how to move the Submit button. You might have to use the following CSS position: absolute; or position: relative;

Have a look at the following two layout format. This will give you an idea of how to to move your Submit button.

Sorry, that’s no good, it isn’t even responsive, and that’s simply not practical in 2016.
Relative and absolute don’t fix it anyway.

I can’t be the first person to try to do this.?
Surely this should be an option in the form admin, in the same way that fields can be set to follow previous?

It just makes sense to be able to style the form this way, not everyone want’s forms in a sidebar.

I have submitted a message to the plugin developer to investigate further your issue and request.

    Kind regards

Any feedback on this? It’s been some time.

He must be busy at present. Sorry about this. I will submit another message.

    Thank you

I can note your suggestion for a feature. Currently it is not implemented. Thanks
