Display taxonomy images with term

  • I’m displaying taxonomy images, but I need to combine these two gists to get exactly what I’m looking for and am not sure how to move it forward.

    This gist (https://gist.github.com/ameeker/c4691abdf79a97aad652) displays ALL of the AVAILABLE taxonomy term images, along with a link to the taxonomy term archive. But that’s not what we need – we need to display ONLY the taxonomy terms which are selected, and only list the taxonomy term, not link to the term archive.

    This gist (https://gist.github.com/ameeker/e94a5df3058675c67a9e) will list only the chosen taxonomy’s term’s image, but doesn’t then include the term itself at all.

    How can I combine the two to get just the terms and term images which are chosen instead of ALL of them?
