    Hi,

Is it possible to display the number of posts (count) contained in a custom taxonomy term when using the plugin to list the terms?

i.e, the terms are all listed, and link to the term archives, but I would like to display the post count for each of the terms in the listings beneath the term name..

    Thanks

(btw, I’m really loving the plugin so far, it’s one of the nicest ones I’ve encountered for this type of functionality. I’ve also used the custom template option to replace the default [A-Z] menu behaviour to filter the listed items using javascript which hides all the other items when a letter is selected, avoiding the scroll anchor behaviour and removing the requirement for the “back to top” option. I will send you a PR if I can get this all integrated directly into the plugin itself, but in the meantime I would like to solve this question, as well as the other one I posted earlier).

It’s not possible to show the post count currently, but I’ll add it to the list to include in version 2.0, which is in development now.

Sorry, I didn’t manage to get this into 2.0 ?? It’s still coming, though.

Thanks for keeping me in the loop, I’ll look forward to the enhancement when it is available, and in the meantime I really appreciate that you took the time to reply to this ticket ??

@diddledan Thanks you so much for adding the post count feature. I see you went the extra mile and didn’t just include “the_count”, there is also a query to “get_the_count”.

This is fantastic. Thank you. and thank you! Just made my day ??
