    Hi there!

Thank You again for nice and quick support with previous questions!

    I have new suggestion. ??

Please, could You add widget, which would display only something like this:

    . . . .

We’ve got 2890 signatures (2700 already confirmed) under the petition XYZ! Join us now!

    . . . .
Why: People just love to support something, they know, another houndreds of people already supported.

    Thank You very much!

    This is a good idea.

I will investigate doing that. I don’t think it will be too hard.

Actually, just to clarify, would you want this as a widget or shortcode.

The difference being a widget is usually located on a side bar whereas a shortcode can be used on a page…or a sidebar for that matter.

I think I just answered my own question :o)

haha…there was already a signaturecount shortcode [signaturecount id="1"]

In version 1.8.1 which I am about to release, I have included a new signaturegoal shortcode e.g. [signaturegoal id="1"]

I haven’t included the confirmed count, to me it seems a little self defeating by admitting not everyone has confirmed.

However you can now say something like We’ve got [signaturecount id="1"] signatures (our goal is [signaturegoal id="1"]) under the petition XYZ! Join us now!

1.8.1 now released and this feature is working. See it at https://speakout.123host.net.au/speakout-demo/
