    Hello,
Can I display all the terms of a woocommerce product attribute in a specific page (even empty terms) and in front of each term the number of products linked with it?

    Example :
    Attribute A
    Term 1 (2)
    Term 2 (1)
    Term 3 (0)
    Term 4 (2)
    Term 5 (1)
    Term 6 (0)

    Regards

  • Hi @tnwebdev

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. You’re on the right track. ??

As mentioned by Saif in his first comment above, you can use the Product Attribute filter block to display the attributes on top of the Products (Beta) Block.

    Hope this helps!

Hello, thank you for your response and collaboration.

I have finally succeeded in displaying the attributes, but not in the manner initially desired. I don’t want a filter on the page, but simply to display the terms of a specific attribute, so that each term is clickable and directs to the page with products associated with the selected term.

    Best regards

    Hi @tnwebdev

Thanks for providing further information about what you are trying to achieve here.

I understand that you want to display all attributes on your site that can be clicked and redirects to a page containing the products associated with it, correct?

This is a fairly complex development topic that would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For questions related to development and custom coding, your best bet is to ask on any of these channels for support. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.

    Hope this helps!

Hello, thank you for your response.

What surprises me is that the option I’m talking about already exists on my website, but the terms displayed are those that have related products.

Anyway, thank you again for wanting to help me. Sincerely.

    Hi @tnwebdev

What surprises me is that the option I’m talking about already exists on my website, but the terms displayed are those that have related products.

To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot so that we could address you more effectively? If you could also share with us the URL or the link for us to check it further?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I simply want to display the terms of an attribute in a list, including the empty terms.

I hope you understood what I want to do.

    Best regards

    Howdy @tnwebdev

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.

I simply want to display the terms of an attribute in a list, including the empty terms.

From what I gather, the issue is with the attributes that have zero products not appearing, correct?

    Reference image:?https://postimg.cc/5XK9v3Ms

Also, that this image is a mockup. Correct?

What surprises me is that the option I’m talking about already exists on my website, but the terms displayed are those that have related products.

Just to clarify, this happens while the Porto theme is active, or always?

A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, therefore, could you also share a screenshot of where that option appears to exist already, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

    It’s the editor of my?Porto?theme

Could you temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and see if the issue persists, please?

    Looking forward to your response.

Hello, thank you for your feedback.

No, in fact I want to display the terms of an attribute and not the attributes themselves.
I also want to display in front of each term the number of linked products.

Otherwise, empty terms do not appear in the list of terms of an attribute already displayed in the page.
The problem exists even when using the “Storefront” theme.

    Sincerely

    Hello @tnwebdev,

Assuming the block in discussion is the attribute filter then this is normal. The empty terms won’t be shown as there will be nothing to filter.

As for showing the term count, you can find this option in the block’s settings.

I’m not sure how things are with your site as you seem to be using a third-party editor. WooCommerce blocks are optimized to work with Gutenberg.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello @saif (woo-hc) and @roxy S. (woo-hc), thank you for your feedback.

I am using a third-party editor as well as the Gutenberg editor. In fact, I wanted to display empty terms so that they would look like a directory.

However, the needs have changed in the meantime and we can now consider this problem as resolved.

Once again, thank you for your help and collaboration.

    Regards.
