It’s not possible to edit the HTML code of the homepage directly. If you want to translate the homepage, it’s possible to translate built-in sections of it in the Strings translations section from Polylang. You can find their documentation here. We also have a guide that explains how to do this here.

1.As I want to translate my homepage in several languages, but I didn’t find the phrases of my homepage on the String Translation:

How I can add these phrases on the string translation, so that I could translate in other languages.
2. My home page has many phrases:

According your link, the Polylang String translation has a export string translation,
but my String Translation zone has no this service:

In the Strings Translations section from Polylang only the built-in sections of the theme appear, not all the phrases from the page. If you encounter issues while translating your site using Polylang, I would suggest addressing your questions on the support forum dedicated to that plugin since the plugin authors should be able to help you in solving them and given that your questions are not related to Hestia, but to Polylang.
