Display the total number of downloads

  • I know there are 2 or 3 existing topics with similar question, but after trying all of them I’m still not able to count and display the total number of downloads for every single download file, after visitors click on Download button.

    All I want is to simply show the total number of downloads in the right menu bar, somewhere below the “Download” button, using a [shortcode].

    I’d also like to display the total number of downloads for each product, inside the vendor dashboard interface: vendor-dashboard/?task=products, similar to the Price column, but named Downloads.

    Downloads should be counted as unique per IP.
