Display Total (product attribute) on cart page

    Hi,
    I own a business that sells advertisement for others. I need to create a simple numeric attribute that are displayed on each product. Example: attribute = POPULATION (fixed). Customer adds to cart product A which contains “population” 10 and B with 30. On cart page I would like to display the sum of the attributes.
    Cart: population price
    product A 10 100
    product B 30 300
    total 40 400

    The attribute would work like the “price” attribute. I need to display this sum.
    *the attribute is fixed (the customer can’t change it).
    My objective is to show a summary of the order (totals).

    Hi there,

    I don’t fully understand the use-case here – Can you elaborate on that in a bit more detail? Have you considered using variable products for that scenario?
