Display url tag in post message

hi,
I inserted a url tag into the form
[url your-link]

in the email message I write [your-link] to receive the content but I don’t receive the email message. If instead I use in the form
[text your-link]

and in the mail message I write [your-link] I receive the mail message correctly. Obviously in this way I have no control over the correct format of the field

how can I solve it
