    Hello. To begin with new seaosn of EPL.
    I imported csv file of members. but their names are not shown in ranking area or user area in football pool.
    However user can be seen in wordpress admin area which means csv file imported is a success.

    Looks like the display_name field of the users was not entered on import. The plugin uses that value. So you’ll have to fix that.

    My imported csv had following format

    username Email Password
    xxx [email protected] xxx
    yyy [email protected] yyy
    zzz [email protected] zzz

    Do i need to add more columns like you mentioned “display_name” ?
    Can I just copy username column and add new field with label “display name” ?

    You need the display_name column indeed and it can be the same value as the user name. But I don’t know how to import this new column. You should check your import tool.

    Ok .thank you.

    I want to ask another question , is it necessary to upload / create venues and stadiums too?
    Becasue whenever I try to create matches like Manutd vs Liverpool, it ask for venues and stadiums too.
