Display username of the likers (on hover or click? or functions?)

Hi there,
I was going to make a reply to this topic (of the same subject here):

However, my question is a little different.

Is the a way to do either of the following:
– display the Liker’s names upon mouse hover?
– display the liker’s names upon div tap (ie. Tablet user tries to the number or containing <div> of the plugin. ?)
– or much preferbly show the names under the button or somewhere on the post (much like how VB, xenForo, etc… do it ?
