{display_name} shows login username instead in emails

  • {display_name} in welcome emails doesn’t display actual display name but login username. I tried to use {first_name] and {last_name} but only get blanks.

    It seems like a bug, no ?

    Hi @voyados,

    What “User display name” have you set in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Users and User display name?
    You can try to reset Ultimate member settings and do a conflict test and see if this helps.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Yes, User display name is set up as “First Name & Last Name”. I ran a conflict test but got the same result.

    I found a turn around by building user logins as “First Name & Last Name” (I’m bulk creating them by CSV import)
