In Plugins, USM Premium 16.6 but when try to Activate, ‘Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.’

Looking on the server (Siteground) I can see Ultimate-Premium-Plugin in wp-content>plugins but no reference to any legacy plugins?
