Displayed in the WordPress Dashboard for non-Administrators

    When a non-Administrator goes into the WordPress Dashboard, the plugin’s box is displayed there (see image below). It should be displayed only for Administrators. Non-Administrators shouldn’t be shown which plugins the site uses.
