Displaying Bio of logged user with an shortcode

  • Hi all,

    I’m getting really stressed by trying to display the bio of logged users in a certain place of a certain page.

    I already tried tons of plugins, but it seems no one can do this simple task: Show de Bio of Logged User.
    There’s tons of plugins to show de author bio, but not display the logged user.

    I’m working on a website which has a member’s area, so, when user is logged-in, his description(bio) appears just to him.

    I’m thinking about to create a shortcode with this function, but i’m a novice at PHP. I have some notions but nothing pro.
    That’s why i need you guys to help me.

    I already tried to create my own shortcode, but it just displays blank or gives errors.

  • One suggestion, why don’t you try BuddyPress, I don’t know what you are trying to make, but i think this is the way you should go (try).

    Already Tried.

    This ain’t solve my problem.

    I really need a shortcode to get the bio of connected user, because i’m going to put it on a custom situation.
