Shortcoder is really helpful to create shortcodes if you have static content like HTML/CSS/JS. We cannot display dynamic content. You can try plugins like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/display-posts-shortcode/ and use their shortcode. You can insert their shortcode inside shortcoder if needed.
