Displaying daily numerical science data as a graph

Dear all,

I’m new to this and am in the process of setting up a site using wordpress as a cms to show our science instrument network capabilities.

I have data been fed daily to an ftp site. The data is in csv form and it would be fantastic to be able to display the last 7 days of data automatically for each site in the form of a scatter chart plot or similar.

Is there any way to do this? I’ve checked out alot of wordpress chart add ins, but none seem to have the automation that I require. I know that I could do it manually each day, but I’d really like to make the website as self sufficient as possible.
