displaying database data?

In wordpress i want to build a support ticket system. I thought about using ContactForm 7 for a user to submit a ticket to the database and automatically send an email to the user and the support team. It will also send an email to the right people when the ticket has been updated.

Also i want to be able to display all of the user specific tickets in a table format. Is this possible?

I’m coming from drupal where i did this using modules called Rules and Views. Can this be done in WordPress?
