Hi there

We have managed to create a product (a voucher) that allows for a name and address to be added when ordering. The idea is that during the checkout, the buyer can double check the name and address are correct. We would like it to show as follows:

Joe Bloggs
1 Long Street, Anytown, XX1 1XX
Delivery: !st Class Post
Returns Policy

The “1st Class Post” would be bold with “Returns Policy” linked. however it shows as follows:

Joe Bloggs 1 Long Street, Anytown, XX1 1XX Delivery: !st Class Post Returns Policy

We are using WS Forms to collate the information. Any suggestions? TIA.

Hi @bearbehind,

As a first step, this looks like something you may want to report to the WS Form plugin developers. They should be able to check and give you further advice on this issue. Here’s where you can submit a support ticket:

Please note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the WooCommerce core plugin.

Thanks @rainfallnixfig

It appears to be a Woocommerce related issue as it’s the Basket page not displaying HTML however will try WS Forms and report back here too in case anyone else has the issue.
