Displaying Intermittently – Spinning Circle

I am using the Bridge theme (https://bit.ly/1ID2lrl) in the sidebar of my blog and more often than not the widget isn’t displaying as I typically see this: https://i.imgur.com/FFJqdM0.png

Can you help sort me out on whether there’s a theme conflict or something I am doing wrong?
