Hi there! I am displaying the Leaderboard using the [mycred_leaderboard] shortcode and I have the “Ranks” add-on activated. I would like to display the users on the leaderboard by their ranks, and to have them ordered highest to lowest by their lifetime points, not just their current unspent balance.

How do I do this? I’m not sure where to start for editing the leaderboard displayed by the shortcode. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting us, Do you want to display ranks in the leaderboard? or you want to create a leaderboard based on ranks?

    Hello @wpexpertssupportteam !

I would like both ?? A leaderboard ordered like:

    1. User 6 – Rank 4, 277 Lifetime Points
    2. User 2 – Rank 4, 220 Lifetime Points
    3. User 1 – Rank 3, 195 Lifetime Points
    4. User 3 – Rank 2, 96 Lifetime Points
    5. User 4 – Rank 2, 88 Lifetime Points
    6. User 5 – Rank 1, 2 Lifetime Points

See how they’re listed from highest amount of lifetime points, to lowest? The Ranks Add-On says that it tracks

    Ranks Based on Total Balance
Users retain their rank even if they spend their points and can only lose their rank if the admin deducts points from the user manually.

so that “Total Balance” is what I’m calling “Lifetime Points” in this example.

    Does that make sense?
