Displaying news Catagorey wise and ID Wise

hi I’m new in designing WP . before I use Cute news..please I need some Code please help…this is urgent for my FM Station !!

1. I want to DISPLAY only 2 news from catagory ID No : 1 with short..STORY.. NEWS ID NUMBER : 1 & 2.

2 . I want to DISPLAY 5 MORE NEWS FROM CATAGORY ID NO : 1 BUT NEWS ID FROM 4,5,6,7,8.
