I would like to know if it’s possible to display only one post per page as I don’t want to have a mile long page to scroll through when reading. I know I can set this parameter in “Options => Reading => Blog Pages”.

Now the thing is that this parameter also controls how many post summaries are to be displayed in each category. Instead of having only one summary per page in each category, I’d like to have all post summaries listed.

Sorry for my english, I usually speak french. To better understand what I mean, have a look here :

    https://www.thewebmasterscafe.net

You will see only the last post on the front page. That’s ok cause this is how I set it up. But if you go into this category for example :

    https://www.thewebmasterscafe.net/category/monetizing

You will see only one summary per page. Instead I would to see all of the category’s post summaries listed here.

Any suggestion as to how to do this?

Thank you for your help and once again sorry for my english!

  • Use the Custom Query String plugin.

Hey Joyce you rule, this is exactly what I needed.

Nice to see your picture from mybloglog.com too ??

Hi. I have a similar problem.

On my site (www.gospel-doctrine.com), everything is a page. I wanted everything to be a post so that google would see it, but due to the layout of the site that I needed, I had to do all pages.

Any thoughts on how I can get seen by google?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

One other thing I meant to say: I was trying to figure out a way to allow a specific page display a specific post.

If that works, then I could just create a new page and a new post every time I update the site (weekly).
