I’m having a hard time figuring out how to display the sale price + the item’s original price inside the order’s page of an order… Currently if an item is on sale and it was purchased, in the orders page of the order, it will ONLY show the price in which the item was purchased for. For example, the item is originally $25, but it’s on sale for $24. In the order page, the customer bought the item that is on sale and the order page displays the product’s price as $24 and the original price is not shown.

On top of all this, when exporting any of the orders into a table to show discounted price, it’s always $0. It seems that any discount won’t show unless it’s through a coupon?

    How can I fix this…

    Hello @dr3wsephs,

At the moment, there’s no default option in WooCommerce to display the regular price in email notifications or admin order page when there’s a sale price, and customizing that would require a bit of additional coding. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

For email overrides you can start from templates structure and how to override templates documentation and this thread can give you hints on the code to be used.

If you require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Cheers.
