Displaying user meta data on backend order

I recently installed the plugin, Flexible Checkout Fields, in order to add a ‘VAT no’ to the checkout and billing information as well as user information for our regular business customers on our Woocommerce site.

When the customer enters the front-end checkout page, the VAT no is pre-entered, and thereafter states on the order data when viewing the order on the back-end. However, when I have manually entered an order for one of our customers, the VAT no is not stated on the order data even though the VAT no. is stated on the customer’s user data.

Are there any ways to work around this so that the user customer’s VAT no will always be stated on every single order regardless of whether the order was made backend or frontend?
