Displaying WP comments on separate web pages

I’m setting up a blog for a record label. Part of the blog will be posts for new releases. I was asked if it would be possible to include the comments to these posts on the actual pages for each release; and, eventually, if people could post comments on the pages that would then go to the blog.

It seems to me that this would only be possible with some third-party comment system that would integrate with both WP and regular web pages. While I can imagine that it wouldn’t be hard to call the comments from the blog and put them in an iframe (this tutorial suggests that it should work: https://www.corvidworks.com/articles/wordpress-content-on-other-pages), I think going in the other direction is more complicated.

Has anyone done this? Any ideas?
