• Hi,

It seems that for some reasons on the WpTouch blog page it also displays the coupon codee from WooCommerce and the testimonials from another plugin. Is there a reason why it does that?
The extra posts-types are displayed only on the mobile version.

I am using a child theme of the Twenty Twelve theme.

    Thank you!

  • Hi,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. We have made note of this for the development team and we hope to address it in an upcoming release.

However, only the MobileStore theme, which is only available in WPtouch Pro officially supports WooCommerce. Regarding the testimonials post type, what plugin are they from?

    Hi Emilio,

The store compatibility is fine with the default WpTouch theme, the only issue is with the blog that displays the coupons.

For the testimonials I am using Testimonials Widget https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/testimonials-widget/

    Thanks

    socoliuc,

Testing the testimonials plugin locally, I’m unable to get the testimonials post type to display in WPtouch Pro’s main blog post listing. What version of the WPtouch plugin are you using? If it’s not the latest version (4.3.9), please update to it and let us know if the issue persists.

If this is happening on version 4.3.9, I’ll be happy to take a closer look for you. You can provide temporary/confidential WordPress login credentials to credentials[at]wptouch.com and I’ll gladly take a closer look.
