displays image title in place of ALT text on hover

    Firstly, I would like to say that this has been the easiest-to-use gallery plug-in I have tried to date and I love the way it displays. So, kudos for that!

    I am however, having an issue. When I hover over a gallery image, the image title is displayed instead of the ALT text. Also, the image title looks like it is taken from the file name. When I update the title and click save metadata, it appears to save the new title. However, when I open it up again, the old title (from file name) is still there and that is what is displayed upon hovering over the image instead of the ALT text.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

  • Having the exact same problem. More so with being unable to change the title. As soon as you hit “Save Metadata” and return to the item — changes appear to save. But once you hit the “update” button, all changes revert back to just the original file name.

    I was considering purchasing the full version, but being unable to update the title in the lite version is rather discouraging.
