The Twenty Fourteen theme looks correctly at all widths in all desktop browsers (yes, even including IE 9, 10, and 11). It also renders properly on the desktop when IE11 is set to Windows Phone mode in the F12 tools. But on the actual real Windows Phone 8, it renders wrongly.

Is anyone else able to confirm this? Site: skeene.net.

Here’s an image of the issue. The headline/title for a post is listed on the previous post’s row (compare to what you see on a desktop browser). For example, the look at the headline “Myths Busted” compared to where the actual image for that post exists.

I have exactly the same problem on a Lumia 920 viewing DThomas.co. Oddly the demo of the theme on wordpress.com works perfectly. It looks to me like the phone is ignoring the width=device-width meta tag and reporting a larger screen size (possibly due to the high resolution) but I have checked the code. Any thoughts anyone?

    Cheers

Does anyone have any insight on this issue? It seems like it is likely a CSS issue, but very difficult to troubleshoot. It displays correctly if you use a desktop browser set to emulate the Windows Phone UA/screen size.
