    the button created with the code [ar-view id=X] was working but stopped working. Help me Please

    Thanks for your interest in my AR plugins.

    I have just had a look at your Ar model page on my iPhone 12 and the AR view button did work for me. It did take about 10-15secs to load into the AR view which would be because of the large file size of your model (30.8Mb). Are you able to reduce the file size to allow it to load quicker?

    The model loaded into the AR view, but it appears that your scaling is incorrect as the model looks like it is about 2metres tall. Please make sure your scale in your 3D software is set in metres not centimetres.
