Disqus conditional load is not loading on Post’s

    I am using Disqus conditional load from last 1 year but I am having 1 issue with this plugin, Disqus conditional load is not loading on Post’s from last 3 days I don’t know why and issue is running but from 3 days it’s worked stop for me,

    Pls have a look and suggest me the resolution of this issue.
