Disqus Conditional Load Not Working On Every Post

I’m using WP-Rocket x Cloudflare w/ HTML and CSS minified.

Ok. That might be the cause. Please enable Caching Support in our plugin settings, then clear the entire cache.

I have yet to see the error occur again so as of now I think you can mark this one resolved, thanks for the help.
