Disqus content not showing

  • Installed this plugin and all works well except that the disqus tab content doesn’t show….. unless disqus is set as the first tab. then it loads fine. Not sure if this is the same for everyone or anyone else?

    I have a work around (just set disqus as first item) so it’s not the end of the world, but would like to move disqus to a different position. Any suggestions?

    Other than that seems great.

    Just as an extra note. I was looking on https://www.cloudhero.net and you seem to have the same issue.

    I’ve got the same problem. Everything else works like a charm.

    Even tried looking at the help documents on disqus.com. Didn’t get to far, because the link there is wrong. It would be nice to have this functionality, but I suppose I can live without it.

    I found where the problem is, but don’t have a solution, yet.

    The theme I use has a mobile theme. When I checked the site on my phone, the Disqus option was visible and worked fine. But so far, I’ve tried another theme, but no joy.

    Hi SRH,

    If you set disqus as the first tab does it work for you?

    I haven’t tried that, but I have tried 4 browsers. It worked in Chrome and Safari, but not IE or Firefox.
