Disqus not working, its useless

Everytime I try to moderate comments i am taken to discuss and asked to select one of two profiles (stevemayall.com or new edge marketing) new edge marketing is an old account/ website that no longer works. Every time i select stevemayall.com it takes me to new edge.

I cannot figure out how to delete new edge marketing its so frustrating i have tried contacting support which does not exist except some form os useless community that is not helpful at all.

this has been going on for months now I’ve just tried to login again and change it but i just cant do it.

can someon from Disqus actually help me????? the community does not work needs email support
