  • This could be a question of justification. What kind of user are you logging into the backend of your project with? As an administrator, you should be able to see everything. Other roles are restricted, although it is unusual to hide the dashboard. A plugin you are using could intervene here.

Do you mean that your WordPress Dashboard disappeared, as in maybe it’s a blank white page?

If so, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hello,

The problem resolved. The dashboard appeared again when I installed the wordpress files and changed the permissions of files and folders to 644 and 755.

Thanks a lot for your response.

    Best regards
