distance calculation three point

Hi, i have pre purchase question. Is there a possibility to calculate price based on three point distance where the first point is every time the same but customer can place second and third one. Than summary distance is devided by set divider than customer can use this calculation to order it and pay directly with PayPal? What do i need to accomplish that.
