Distance / Free Shipping

I’ve set up postcodes for my areas and set the min spend to the required within my radius sections. But I keep getting No shipping options were found for.[address]

Even though the postcode is within the areas I have set up.

Another note,

I have managed to get some of the sections to show now ( not local collection though ) but it seems to be setting the price as the Minimum Order Amount I have input. Is this not the min order amount required to activate this shipping method?

Hi Sofyan,

I am trying to make it so that between 0-5 miles for free delivery you must spend ￡30 to get free delivery. 5-10 miles, ￡40 and 10-20 Miles ￡50.

The shipping cost that shows with this set up should be free as i’ve ment the criteria but it shows as ￡50 cost.

Whoops, please edit your post to strip the API key. I am gonna update the plugin to mask as the API info while printing the debug. Even though only the admin user can see the debug, users mostly don’t notice to strip it before share the debug info.

From the debug info you provided, I noticed you set the Minimum cost as “50”. That’s why it shows as ￡50 cost. If you remove that setting, it will be calculated as free shipping since you set the rate per km/mi is “0”. The minimum order amount and Minimum cost are 2 different things. Minimum cost means, the shipping cost will never be calculated below whatever number set there.

So I want to set the minimum order requirement to get free shipping which option do I need to enter?

Also I need it to show local collection as well as the delivery option when it is applicable but it’s not doing that at the minute.
