    I had at least 2 customers who finished the payment and got the abandoned cart emails anyways, and I can confirm this in my email logs, that the abandoned cart sequence was sent after the woocommerce order confirmation.

    Also orders that show up with failed payment in WooCommerce did not get the cart abandoned sequence. So it seems the recognition of an abandoned cart is not working the way it should. Any help on that?

    – Your WordPress version
    – WooCommerce version
    – Cart Lift version
    – PHP version
    – Your Theme

    Once we get this information, we will try to recreate a similar environment and test it out.

    – Your WordPress version: 6.0
    – WooCommerce version: 6.5.1
    – Cart Lift version: 3.1.1
    – PHP version: 7.4.29
    – Your Theme: Wellness Pro on Genesis 3.3.5
    I am using WpFunnels 2.4.6 and WPFunnels Pro 1.6.0, that might be interesting for you to know.
    I use SiteGround hosting with their caching plugin, not sure if that is influencing in some way.

    We will replicate a similar environment and try to re-create the issue. Hopefully, this will give us the opportunity to find a fix.

    Can you check the email logs to see if the abandoned cart email sequences were sent to the Admin email or to the customer emails for the two cases that you mentioned?

    I got a message from WPFunnels, and they said they worked with you on a bugfix of the issue. I did not do extensive testing after that, but will have an eye on that, if there is any other issue happening, I will let you know.
