• The plugin syncs client list with MailChimp successfully. However, this plugin stopped Product variations such as Size, Colors…etc. The online buyers couldn’t select the variable products and I had to troubleshoot the entire thing for 2 hours. Finally, I found that disabling this plugin is the solution and I got it deleted as well.

    I would suggest not to use it, or test it on your staging server first. (Unfortunately, I didn’t!)

    Are you sure you were using our plugin, not another similarly named plugin?

    Did you contact our support department about this?

    We have no known issues at the moment, and actually our Premium add-on even offers ecommerce sync, including of course variations etc. We have many tens of thousands of users that are using our plugin in combination with WooCommerce so if there is some issue we would really like to know about it (and would usually have a lot more than just 1 case reported very quickly).

    If you would be willing to contact our support department so we can investigate this further / ask some more questions about your setup and other plugins you are using that would be great!
