Divi 4.10.5 | Not Working

We are experiencing unusually high contact volume at this time and are working to respond to requests in the order they were received. The update issue is a known bug and our technical team is working on it . It is caused due a recent Divi update but we are hopeful that it will be fixed in the next release.

The plugin has stopped working for my Divi sites also, currently running Divi 4.10.7. Has this been resolved? Not sure if the above answer ‘fixed in the next release’ meant Divi or Popups for Divi, can you clarify?

We have fixed all the known bugs and the latest update (3.0.7) is available for download. However, the automatic update is not working and our team is working to fix that up.

Meanwhile, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.

Of course, if you can wait a few days, you can also update the plugin once we’ve addressed the issue with our update server.

Thank you. I actually noticed the fix after running updates and I am so glad you guys fixed it. I use it on several client sites and none of them noticed, thankfully.
