Divi blurb disturbed by complianz plugin

I don’t think I’m able to determine the cause of your issue based on a screenshot, ideally we would be able to see the page in question to check if there are any blocked scripts etc, which could be related.

I must admit that my level of German is not really sufficient to fully understand what is mentioned in the video.

However, if I visit that website in an Incognito window in my own browser, these images/icons don’t seem to be delayed. I’ve tried checking for a difference before or after providing consent, but it appears to be the same in both cases.

If you’re sure that it is related to Complianz though, you can try if enabling Safe Mode in the Complianz settings helps. If it does, there’s likely a specific Integration enabled under Complianz -> Integrations which causes it to occur. Disable integrations one-by-one, until the behavior is resolved; which will tell you which specific integration causes the behavior to occur.

Dear @jarnovos. On the website right now we have disabled the blurb function in DIVI so that complianz can be run, since we need that to be GDPR compliant. In the video you can see that in the first 2 banners blurb is activted when the banner center reaches the screen center. but in the last icon containing banners the blurbs activate when the banner have almost left the screen on the upper border. this effect does not occour on all computers!! we have activated DIVI safe mode and the effect was gone. then I deactivated all plugins and the effect was gone. then I switched them on again – one by one. when complianz was activated the effect reoccured.

There are two main routes we can take here.

#1: You re-enable the “blurb” elements in Divi, so that the issue re-occurs; and let us know when we can take a look at the site while this behavior is present. Because ironically enough, I need to see the issue occur to know what might cause it.

#2: You re-enable the “blurb” elements in Divi, so that the issue re-occurs; and then start disabling individual integrations under Complianz -> Integrations, one-by-one, clearing cache after each one you disable and checking if this solves the behavior.

If the behavior is resolved by disabling a specific Integration, you’ll know that it was the likely culprit; and you could leave it disabled, if necessary.
