I am using a blurb module in a custom menu (top right ‘Client Login’ in the menu) and, by default, the exitNotifierLink class is in the <a> tag (see below or obviously inspect the site), but it’s not working.

In the menu itself, there is a Digital Brochure link which does work (validating the plugin is installed and working overall on all links)

    <a class="et_pb_button et_pb_custom_button_icon et_pb_button_0 et_pb_bg_layout_light <strong>exitNotifierLink</strong> b3_divi_et_icon_fd b3_et b3_all b3_divi_icon_fd show_icon" href="https://sendero.portal.tamaracinc.com/" target="_blank" data-icon="" data-b3c="b3_divi_et_icon_fd" data-iconfamily="et">Client Login</a>

I also tried adding the altExitNotifier, but that did not work.

    Thoughts? Great product, thank you!

(NOTE – pw is ‘newsite’ to get access to the build site.)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If the <strong> tag is in there after your copy-paste to try to draw attention as I assume, then I don’t see why it’s not working unless the button actually activated via javascript instead of the default action of the <a> tag.

If you’d like me to troubleshoot further, it would help tremendously if you could get me a temporary admin account. I’ll totally understand if you don’t want to trust an internet stranger. If you would like to continue down that road, you can email me directly. My address is on the settings pages for Exit Notifier.

Curtis did reach out to me (via email after I emailed him) and was great and kind. I had, however, already built a separate page to handle the links differently so laying this issue down.

Great plugin and trust worthy developer!
