Divi Builder Issue

I have a wordpress site built using the Divi page builder. I use Smart Slider 3 on a few different pages on my site.

This morning, I noticed that the sliders weren’t displaying on my site (they were loading fine yesterday). I went into the Divi builder and saw that the Smart Slider 3 module was displaying a blank bar that said ‘Smart Slider 3’ in the middle (see picture – https://eflowglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/SS3.png )

I also received the following error message on my Smart Slider 3 divi module when I tried to edit it: https://eflowglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Error-Message.png

What has caused this? Is it a Divi update that is incompatible with the current version of SS3? Please let me know how to fix this issue.
