    Hello,

after activating and a little bit adjusting your plugin the Divibuilder stoped to work, it′s showing shortly some code, loading and stopping. Divi Builder is not starting.
Can you add something for logged in Users, that they don′t be effected from the plugin settings to work?
Or do you have another solution?

    Thanks for reponse.

    Best wishes

    Hi,

Can you share with us the error code that shows up?

Also, what advanced options have you enabled in the plugin?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Minify HTML, Inline all CSS and Minify all (previously) inlined CSS are activated at advanced settings.

    Thank you for that information.

Can you now try the following. Disable all Advanced settings, clear your browser cache and your site cache if you are running one. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Hi,

Let me see if I understand you correctly. The plugin is activated in your site but all features are disabled, but when you activate the features you mentioned above the problem occurs.

Can you try one more troubleshooting step. Can you disable all other plugins except ours. Clear the browser cache and if you are running a cache plugin, clear the plugin cache as well. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

    Hello @mistacup,

We tested and saw the issue ourselves, and we’re working on a fix. By the end of the month, we’ll release an update to the plugin with that issue fixed. Stay tuned!

@mistacup we found out that enabling the “Disable jQuery Migrate” option is responsible for breaking Divi Builder. If you have that option enabled, can you disable it and try again please?

Edit: We have multiple culprits! ?? Please disable the following options and try again:
    – Remove jQuery Migrate
    – Enable lazy loader
    – Enable instant.page
    – Move scripts to footer
    – Defer parsing of JS files

Remember that we’ve written a function that disables Speed Booster Pack completely & temporarily while Divi Builder is active.

@mistacup we’ve released a new version of Speed Booster Pack and we included a function that effectively disables all Speed Booster Pack features while the user is on a front-end page builder, including Divi! Can you test and confirm the issue you were having is resolved with the new version?
