    Dear,
    I’m using the Divi theme.
It includes the Divi Library, from which I can upload json files.
Those json files are the coded retranscriptions of front-end section displays.

Right now, I can stil load the json files into the Divi Library.
But when I open the imported files, both the front-end and the back-end are empty as if it was erased.

When I export back the loaded empty displays, I got empty json files.
That’s the case for all the elements stored in my Divi library.

All of those sections were included beforehand in the online website and they works fine. Problem is that I cannot import anymore json files through Divi library.

This happened when I decided to optimize my website with Autoptimize, WP-Optimize and premium Secupress.

I already cleaned all the caches, browser included, and deactivated the plugins before deactivating them. I even loaded a previous version of the site from Updraft Plus. Nothing worked.

    Could you advise please ?
    Thank you in advance.

  • @fcarriere It moreover looks like Divi theme issue, Have you tried to report the issue to Divi theme authors?

Dear thank you for your reply.
Yeah I contacted all the people who could be involved in this case.
The only 2 left are Divi and Secupress.
Divi guys have no issues when taking control over my dashboard.
But I asked them to try again while activating the extensions and then, deactivating them. Let’s see where it will go

@fcarriere Sure thing, do let us know how it goes?
