    Hello,

    I make a website with woocommerce and divi theme.
    I have a problème with my site web :

    What can i dou to solve the problem ?

  • I have the same problem but I am using the latest version of Extra theme. Therefore, I really don’t know what to do.

    Hi,

    This error happened due to a new release of Woocommerce when the version of Divi Theme was 4.5.6. After having reported this issue, it was solved immediately on the next release of Divi Theme (4.5.7).

    So anyone gets that warning/error, just try to update the Divi Theme to the latest version, it will resolve this issue. In case if you can’t access to WordPress Dashboard, you can reinstall the Divi Theme (with latest version) through FTP.

    If you’re not sure how to do it from FTP, can be checked this article. Just make sure to delete the current one before uploading the new version.

    Thank you for your advice. Unfortuneltly, although I am using the Divi Builder, my site runs with the Extra theme, not the Divi theme, and yes, I am using the latest version.

    There was introduced another issue between WPML and Divi/Extra Theme. So if you’re using that plugin, make sure to have the latest version.

    @leacou your fix has worked for me in two instances. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Go to the Elegant Themes members area and login to your account
    2. Click on the DOWNLOAD THE DIVI THEME button at the top of the page
    3. In your FTP program (I use DreamWeaver which has built-in FTP) access your site files and look for wp-content/theme/Divi.
    4. Rename the Divi folder to Divi-x.
    5. Unzip the latest Divi version you downloaded from Elegant Themes and upload to your server under the wp-content/themes/ folder
    6. You are now running the latest version of Divi

    And you can log in again through Admin.

    I had a staging site in which I updated the DIVI Theme first and then transferred that to the live site through FTP. In this way I did not loose settings, scrips, etc in DIVI Theme. I don’t know if that happens when you just update the DIVI Theme from Elegant Themes. Hopefully not ??

    i cant go to the wp-content/themes/ folder some one can help me please?
