    Hello,

I know there have been topics on this issue before. But I haven’t been able to fix my problems with any of the suggested fixes. I have w3 installed on my WordPress site and I’m also working with the Divi Theme builder. But the theme builder isn’t able to load when I have w3 enabled. Have tried to turning minify of, have also enabled minify but shut down the enabled for logged in users setting. Doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestion to how I can solve this?

    Thanks!

    Hello @francescomarco
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.

I am using Divi builder on one of my instances and have absolutely no issues with the theme builder or visual builder while W3 Total Cache is active.
I’ve created a short video to show you this.
YOu should also disable caching for logged in users in Performance>Page Cache and disable “Enable caching for wp-admin requests” in Performance>Object Cache (it’s enabled on my end).
If this doesn’t help then there is a conflict with some other plugin and you should disable other plugins to see which one might be causing the issue.
This being said and as you can see in the video W3 Total Cache works just fine with Divi Theme builder.

    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko
Thank you for your reply. I’m afraid that none of the above is helping me. Tried all of those and it isn’t helping. Watched your video. Adjusted the settings and disabled all other plugins but still aren’t able to open up the theme builder..

    Hello @francescomarco

One again I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing. But as you can see in the video, Divi works just fine with W3 Total Cache.
The only thing I can suggest is to purge the cache or delete the /cache/ folder manually form wp-content.
    Thanks!
